These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the Elivano online store (www.Elivano.shop). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders placed through our store are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including:
- Product unavailability or stock errors
- Errors in pricing or product description
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
- Failure to meet eligibility requirements
You will be notified promptly if your order is cancelled, and any payment will be fully refunded.
2. PRICING
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
3. PAYMENT
Full payment is required before your order is processed and shipped. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout, processed securely through Shopify Payments or other trusted providers. By submitting your payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
4. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order even after confirmation in cases of pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud.
5. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to specific terms and expiry dates. Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively to previous orders.
6. AMBASSADOR AND PROMOTER PROGRAM
If you participate in our Ambassador or Promoter Program and receive products as part of this collaboration, you agree to:
- Post the agreed content on your social media platforms upon receiving your package
- Tag our official Elivano account as instructed
- Use your personal discount code only within the agreed terms
- Not resell or transfer products received as part of the program
Failure to comply with these obligations may result in cancellation of your ambassador agreement and a request for reimbursement of the product value.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders are subject to our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Elivano is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our full Shipping Policy for details.
8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before making a purchase. By completing your order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Refund Policy.
9. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
We strongly encourage all customers to contact us directly at contact@Elivano.shop before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving all issues quickly and fairly.
Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may result in:
- Permanent restriction of your account
- Cancellation of pending orders
- Submission of all communication records and evidence to the payment provider to dispute the claim
10. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND ACCURACY
We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we cannot guarantee that colors will appear exactly the same on all screens. Minor variations in product appearance do not constitute grounds for a return or dispute.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Elivano's total liability arising from any order or transaction shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS OF SALE
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our store following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
